Jake Forbes grew up working for his father in the auction business selling both real estate and personal property. At the age of 21, Jake became a licensed auctioneer. After gaining much experience from working for his father's auction company and from working as a conventional real estate broker for Re/Max, Jake decided to open a United Country franchise in Perquimans County, North Carolina. United Country allows Jake the opportunity to pursue his passion for both real estate and auctioneering. As a graduate of East Carolina University and a native of Northeastern North Carolina, Jake looks forward to raising a family and operating a business that promotes the area in which he has lived and loved all his life.
