Melinda Porter grew up in the Hoke County North Carolina in a military family as her father was stationed at Fort Bragg. She moved to Washington County North Carolina 35 years ago and currently resides on the Albemarle Sound. Melinda and her husband Jeff raised their son Jim in Plymouth and own multiple rental properties in the area.
Melinda obtained her real estate licensed in 2017 and enjoys working with buyers and sellers throughout Northeastern NC. Her vast experience investing in real estate combined with her knowledge of the area makes her an ideal agent to work with.
