Conrad Jones joined our United Country team in September 2023. After a 31-year career with Verizon, he started his real estate career in Northern Virgina in 1998 with Pearson Smith Realty. He won the "Most Prominent Agent Award" in 2020 after closing on $2M in sales in his first 8 months in the business. Conrad became known as "The Bow Tie Realty Guy" because of his penchant for bow ties. His utilization of social media marketing and digital communications gives his clients and prospects the most current market conditions and keeps them "in the know" as they navigate the real estate journey! Conrad and his wife Janie and their dog Layla moved to Albemarle Plantation in Hertford in June of 2021. The eclectic nature of their community allows him insight into what people from all around the country are looking for in real estate and amenities for their next home investment.
